Do the credits in my plan roll over to the next month?

No. Each period grants the allowance for that period and the unused part expires with it — the next period grants a fresh one. A yearly plan works the same way, delivered as twelve monthly grants.

Do credit packs expire?

No. Credits bought as a pack are permanent: the monthly refresh does not touch them, and they stay with your account even after a membership ends. Any account can buy a pack.

Which credits are used first?

The monthly allowance, so the credits that expire are the ones that get spent. Permanent credits are only touched once that allowance is gone.

Can I buy a credit pack without a subscription?

Yes — a pack is not tied to a membership, so buy one whenever you need more, on the free plan or with one. Credits you already bought stay yours and remain spendable if a membership ends.

Can I cancel a membership?

Any time, from your billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are collected by Stripe, in US dollars, from major credit and debit cards. Your issuer may show the charge in your own currency at the rate applied at the time.

Frequently asked questions

How credits work, how wrap designs are exported, and what you receive.

Credits are the unit every generation is priced in. A model costs a set number of credits per image, more when you attach reference images, and the studio shows the estimate before you run anything.
